		<description>Being present is such a powerful state.  Everyone is always so anxious to talk and tell their point of view that they often ignore what is going on around them.

The best way I have found to hear what people say and quickly tune into their criteria is to listen in the moment, in the present in the now.  And that makes understanding what the other person says so easy to comprehend.
